When I presented this to Skype second level (after reinstalling my Mavericks OS to a completely wiped disk!) they took all of the input and POOF! it was working again.ġ. I finally copied file for file my son's Skype application, including all libraries and support files, and still couldn't log on from my machine but could log on from my son's MAC. ![]() I recommend that you go on the chat section of the service support talk to the first line people, humor them through the process and then convince them to turn this over to second level support.
